The currency stated is in Singapore Dollars (SGD).




Do you have a showroom or physical store?


If you are interested in viewing our products in person please contact us first as so that we may arrange a timing for you to come down and take a look at our products. Strictly by appointment only.




Where does your furniture come from?


All our furniture are from skilled and expert artisans from Indonesia.




What style of furniture do you carry?


We offer a wide selection of Scandinavian inspired furniture - with a modern twist.




Is it possible to place orders over the phone?


Unfortunately not at this current time.




Do you offer instalment for purchases?


No, we currently don't offer any instalment for any purchases.




Do your products come assembled?


Yes, all products come assembled. So whether delivered or for self-collection you will always find your furniture assembled and ready for use.




Do you offer warranty?


No we don't offer any warranty on our products currently.




Can I request for a refund on an item that I don't like?


We don't offer refunds for these cases, hence why we strongly encourage customers with any doubts on the actual presentation of our products to book an appointment with us so that we may invite you to our showrooms to get a better view of our furniture and be able to make a sound purchase decision. For any other doubts, don't hesitate to contact us.




What payment methods do you accept?


We accept online transactions through credit/debit cards, Paypal and offline transactions through cash for self-collect option.




Do you offer customisation options for your furniture?


We currently don't offer the option of customising furniture, sorry!




Which countries do you ship to?


Currently we only ship to Singapore.




How do I start shopping with furnishsg?


For step-by-step shopping instructions, please follow below: 1) When you have found a Product on the Website that you would like to buy, please click on the button labelled "add to cart". This will add your Product to a virtual "shopping cart". 2) To change what’s in your virtual shopping cart at any time, click on the button labelled "view cart". 3) To remove a Product from your virtual shopping cart, click on the button labelled "remove" by the product. 4) To add more Products to your virtual shopping cart, click on the link labelled "continue shopping". 5) To pay for the Products in your virtual shopping cart at any time, click the button labelled " check out". 6) When you click the " check out" button, you will be asked to provide various information necessary to process your order and deliver the Product(s) to you. You can provide this information by filling in the fields requested on the screen.
All highlighted fields must be completed. We respect your right to privacy and will only use any information you provide to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.




How do I know if an item is in stock?


All items are in stock unless otherwise stated.




What are your refunds and returns policy?


Please refer to our Refunds & Returns page.




Is there a minimum order for purchasing?


There is no minimum order for purchasing with us. Delivery fees remain as stated.

Is it possibile to place bulk orders?


Yes, if you are purchasing 5 or more of one item please contact us so we may better assist you.





Delivery

Do you offer self-collection?


Yes we do! At checkout please select self-collection as option so that we may contact you as soon as your furniture is ready to be collected.




How much is delivery?


Delivery is FREE for purchases above $200. For $200 and below, delivery is $30.




How long will it take for my furniture to arrive?


We collate all orders during the weekday (Mon - Fri) and send deliver all orders on weekends (Sat & Sun). Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of furnishsg. These interruptions include, but are not limited to, delays caused by the transportation system, shipping carrier or processing of cardholder's credit/debit card.




How can I track my order?

Can I deliver to an address different from my card billing address?


Yes, just "add a note" at checkout or contact us at hellofurnishsg@gmail.com to have your delivery arranged.




The order received is different or missing.
